Hello Saturday! It’s a nice cloudy morning here in Pittsburgh. Me and hubby are heading down to Heinz field later to tailgate for the Luke Bryan concert! OH I love him, but we couldn’t get tickets. Still spending time with friends down there is all the fun! 🙂

Anyway I decided to make pancakes this morning for breakfast! I looked for a recipe online. AMAZING! They come from HERE!

Recipe as follows if you can’t click the link.

3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar – I know what you’re thinking… just go with it!-
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Cooking spray or oil

***Not in the recipe but I added vanilla & cinnamon for some flavor!

Mix the milk & vinegar & set aside for about 5 minutes, I just did this first. This will “spoil” the milk. You CANNOT taste any vinegar, don’t worry!

Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, & salt) in a bowl.

Melt your butter. Mix in the egg. Add this to the milk mixture, then add this to the dry. Spray your pan & enjoy these delicious fluffy pancakes!!

HAPPY SATURDAY!

xoxo
